G7 Leaders refer to the FGHI process in their Hiroshima Communiqué

The FGHI Co-Chairs welcome the reference to the FGHI process in the Hiroshima G7 Leaders’ Communiqué (link to Leaders_Communique_01_en.pdf (mofa.go.jp))

Recognizing the increasing need for overarching, system-level coordination and alignment of global health partnerships including the Global Health Initiatives and their interface, we will take collective actions to avoid fragmentation and duplication, ensure accountability, maximize impacts, and reinforce country leadership with a view to enhancing governance in global health and to supporting the achievement of UHC. In this regard, we look forward to the outcome of the Future of Global Health Initiatives.
