The Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization’s Regional Office for Africa and the African Constituency Bureau will on 2–4 November 2026 host a Continental Lusaka Agenda Follow-Up Workshop in Addis Ababa.
The workshop will bring together African Union Member States, development partners and civil society organizations to take stock of progress in implementing the Lusaka Agenda, facilitate peer learning, and strengthen Member States’ capacity to operationalize the Lusaka Agenda Monitoring and Accountability Framework (LAMAF), including establishing baselines for monitoring and reporting. A key highlight of the workshop will be the official launch of LAMAF.
