The Commitments Task Team supported the evolution of the FGHI dialogue by providing technical support to develop a set of commitments for collective action. The commitments are intended to help optimise GHIs as a valuable part of the global health system. This task team:
- Proposed a draft conceptual framework with a holistic set of potential commitments, building on the work of the Wellcome-commissioned research consortium and other information.
- Supported development of this framework into a statement of commitments for collective action based on deliberations by the Steering Group and other stakeholders.
